That elusive experience

So, the basketball moment could not have happened without the continuum, or maybe the circle of, moments we all associate with the Davidson experience. Maybe it becomes a metaphor for that elusive experience -- the thing we struggle to explain to others and even to ourselves. We know it when we see or feel it, but we can't... define it in a satisfying way.
